Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant and Financial Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage accounting tasks and provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and improve business performance.

• Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate financial reports and records.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to support business planning and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and tax laws.
• Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage financial planning activities.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with management to develop actionable financial insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are an advantage.
• Proven experience in accounting and financial analysis roles.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of UAE tax regulations, including VAT compliance.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
