Referans International is seeking a dynamic sales executive with solid expertise in the scaffolding sector and exceptional sales or rental negotiation skills. Industry of scaffold sales: three / five years are necessary. 

We have a collaboration with one of the world's top manufacturer of high-tech formwork and scaffolding systems, including tunnel formwork, slab formwork, etc. Referans International will serve as the distributor for sales, and we are their representatives throughout the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar. Due to our collaboration, we will provide an attractive bonus or commission on top of our job offer.

The job of the Scaffold Sales Executive is to identify and generate new business prospects in the gas, oil, and construction sectors.
Building relationships with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs are all necessary for this role. In addition, the Scaffold Sales Executive will collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
The ideal applicant will have experience in the construction industry and a strong history of sales and company growth.
The applicant must be able to collaborate well with others and interact with clients in an efficient manner.
Candidates with prior project management and scaffolding system experience will be given preference.
The scaffold fields for trading, renting, or contracting scaffold businesses are part of the present client portfolio.
In order to acquire sales prospects, you will negotiate conditions, generate bids, quotes, and proposals, and meet deadlines.

Requirements:
Effective customer networking and acquisition
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication across all organisational levels.
Outstanding interpersonal and personal presentation skills.
Collaborative team player with good leadership skills.
Coordinate all operations.
Overseeing event setup and breakdown to ensure that it runs smoothly and effectively.
Managing vendors and contractors to ensure they adhere to all contractual requirements and timeframes.
Ensure that all components of the event, from planning to execution, are carried out properly and effectively.
Providing excellent customer service to clients and attendees to ensure a great experience and long-term partnerships.
