Description

Maintenance of books of accounts -No pending data entry, Daily Bank reconciliation, Monthly suppliers’ reconciliation and bookkeeping as per Accounting Standards and organization accounting policies

Financial Reporting- Timely preparation and presentation of Monthly accounts and any reports required by management (Finance director or Chief Executive officer) as per International Accounting standards and agreed deadlines.

Asset Management- Update Fixed asset register, ensure official cash is insured and kept in safe at each handling location at all times

Cash Management- Maintain office petty cash as per policy, Daily deposit of cash collected by 4.00 pm every day.

Financial Control- All financial transactions to be made as per AV Homes financial policies, documented & approved by the relevant authorities

Audit- Co-ordination and point of contact with the Auditors, and facilitate closure of audit and queries.

Filing- updated and organized filing system with no outstanding paper work or Vouchers

Budgeting- preparation of next years annual budget as per company policy and timing.

Payroll- timely preparation of payroll, have all pay slips signed off by employees on receipt

Ntatsi Adam (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Accountant in the field of Accounting/Auditing in one of their office located in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have mba, acma (preferred) qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require data entry, bank reconciliation, reconciliation, accounting standards, policies, financial reporting, asset management, asset, cash, safe, handling, cash management, financial control, ias & ifrs, odoo mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 7k to 10k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
