Description
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Record and monitor all real estate transactions including property sales, lease payments, and commission structures.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Oversee company expenses, supplier payments, and petty cash management.
- Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
- Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure timely closing of accounts and assist in audits.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial data.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate or property management sector.
- Strong understanding of UAE accounting standards, VAT laws, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or Zoho Books.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and financial data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
