Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accountant and Administrative Assistant. This dual role encompasses responsibilities in both accounting and administrative domains, offering a unique opportunity for a professional who enjoys a varied workday with tasks ranging from financial record-keeping to office management. The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Accounting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and receivable data.
• Assist in the preparation of Daily, Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, manage payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with government regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies, assist with budget preparation and financial forecasting, Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Follow-up with clients/customers on pending payments by coordinating with operations team members.
• Administrative:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the office. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and manage travel arrangements for staff.
• Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports of operations. Develop and maintain a filing system for financial and non-financial information.
• Assist operation team with customer support related tasks.
• Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.

 Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office, with a high level of competence in Excel, Strong understanding of accounting software and databases.
• Proven experience as an accountant and administrative assistant, Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must be proficient in English and Hindi, other languages may add an advantage.
• Must be Female applicant and on residence visa and NOC to work.
