Description

Job Description:

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
• Coordinate between clients, sales representatives, and other departments.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Track sales orders, deliveries, and invoices to ensure timely processing.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and follow-ups for the sales team.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance analysis.
• Assist in market research and competitor analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• 2-3 years of experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
