Job Description:
- Assisting and coordinating with senior designers on all the projects.
- Personal Assistance to Creative Director & Assist in Team & Client Meeting
- Organizing and attending networking events.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Handling social media posts.
- Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, contracts, reports, and other documents.
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- Co-ordination In handling Shipments
- Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.
- All other operational tasks are assigned by the director from time to time.
- Handling collaborations, setting up meetings with clients and suppliers if needed
