Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general office duties, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and electronic).
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Support HR and finance departments with document handling and basic data entry.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and other external parties as needed.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of administrative experience in a similar role, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- UAE residency visa or willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain.
