Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth office operations by overseeing administrative functions.
• Manage and organize office layout and office supplies.
• Oversee office equipment, ensuring it is well-maintained and operational.
• Provide administrative support to various departments.
• Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
• Assist with document preparation, filing, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain employee records, handle timesheets, and manage attendance.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients.
• Coordinate communication between departments and senior management.
• Assist with managing office budgets and track office expenditures.
• Handle vendor relations and assist in obtaining quotes for office services and supplies.
• Coordinate meetings, conferences, and team-building events.
