Description

We are looking for a well-organized and customer-focused Front Office & Admin Executive to manage reception duties, support administrative tasks, and assist with product-related inquiries.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Perform general administrative duties like filing, data entry, and scheduling.
  • Provide product information and pricing to customers.
  • Preparing quotations and handling basic sales support.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the accounts team.
Requirements:
  • Experience in front office or admin roles.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to understand and explain product details clearly.
