Description

· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
· Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
· Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
· Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing

Requirement
· Bachelor’s degree
· Min 2-3 yrs. of experience as a Receptionist / Secretary
· Nationality : Indians/ Filipino

Haroon Company is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Administrative Assistant/Receptionist in the field of Administrative in one of their office located in Sharjah - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require secretary, admin, reception mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 2k to 2k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
