Description

Requirements:

Must have at least 3-5 years experience as FM Supervisor in FM industry in UAE.

Must have Bachelors Degree in Engineering

Salary package AED 6,000 to AED 7,000/- all inclusive.

Responsibilities:

Facilities Management

Administration:

· Assigning tasks, setting schedules, allocate manpower efficiently to maximize their productivity.

· Coordinate and update work orders or tickets in the ERP/CAFM system

· Plan, coordinate and supervise the in house, external contracts, and services.

· Manage effective stock control processes and ensuring optimum stock levels are maintained.

· Develop and prepare periodic progress, engineering and management reports, as required.

Supervision:

· Monitor progress and quality of work, staff performance, managing resource levels, including the budget allocations.

· Provide technical support to the operatives on all Facilities Systems and services

Tenders, Bids, and Quotations:

· Conduct Site surveys and understand the scope of works, specifications, etc.

· Quantity surveying and estimations

· participate in commercial and technical evaluations

· sign off completion certificates/invoices

Quality, Health and Safety:

· Ensure workplace safety measures are followed up and enforced (inc. Permit to Work System, Emergency Procedures, etc.)

· Participate in accidents/incidents, conduct investigation and take corrective actions.

Energy Management:

· Monitors energy consumption and setting measures for energy reduction

· Effective waste removal, disposals, and recycling

2. Projects Management

· Handover / Snags – Attend handover meetings, record and report snags.

· Follow up with the respective development team for proper completion/close out of snags

· Post Construction Commissioning Audit, Warranty and DLP Management including transitions.
