Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman with a background in Architecture or Civil Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in an interior design / fit-out company in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop detailed CAD drawings for interior fit-out projects.

* Convert 3D renders and sketches into precise technical drawings.

* Create detailed shop drawings for all interior items.

* Assist in BOQ preparation and project specifications.

* Conduct site visits for measurements and verification.

* Collaborate with engineers/designers and ensure compliance with industry standards.

* Maintain organized records of drawings and documentation.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 5 years working as an Architectural Draftsman in an interior fit-out company in Dubai.

* Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.

* Strong understanding of materials and finishes.

* Excellent English communication skills.

* Ability to work independently without constant supervision.

* Available to join immediately.

* Ability to commute or relocate to Tecom, Dubai.
