Job Description

• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative and compelling ideas for events and exhibitions
• Lead and inspire a team of designers, artists, and creative professionals to achieve excellence in visual storytelling and design execution.
• Develop creative concepts that align with client objectives, brand identity, and target audience preferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate conceptual ideas into cohesive visual narratives and design proposals.
• Oversee the development of visual assets, including event branding, signage, graphics, multimedia content, and interactive elements.
• Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and overall aesthetic standards.
• Provide guidance on typography, color palettes, imagery, and other design elements to create impactful visual experiences.
• Create storyboards, mood boards, and design mock-ups to communicate and visualize creative concepts effectively.
• Present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary to achieve client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure the feasibility and practicality of design concepts within budgetary and technical constraints.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication, creativity, and innovation.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to source materials, props, and equipment necessary for event production.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proven experience working as an Art Director, Creative Director, Design Manager or similar role in the events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects, event activations, and exhibition designs.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, and 3D modeling/rendering tools.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative teams.
• Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in experiential design and event production.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for onsite event installations and productions.
• Passion for creativity, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of traditional design to create immersive brand experiences.
