Responsibilities

· Acquire and maintain a complete understanding of the skills required to perform the sales function successfully

· Achieve the Minimum Performance Criteria as outlined in the sales procedure.

· Implement Company sales policies and procedures to discover prospective buyer's fitness goals, their motivation for joining, and any possible objections.

· Respond to all information calls.

· Continuously develop leads and solicit referrals.

· Successful completion of each month’s sales targets.

· Preform reporting and administration functions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

· Complete all new member contracts in accordance with company standards.

· Deliver the highest standards of customer care.

· Ensure effective and efficient communication with both members and other departments.

· Support all activities, events and promotions held by Fit District.

· Perform other tasks related to members’ service and retention as suggested by the Sales Manager.

· Should set and commit to prospects’ and clients’ appointments even after the regular working hours (11 am till 8 pm).

· Comply at all times with the Company Health and Safety Policy.

- A self starter with strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work during peak hours, and sometimes more than the regular shift.

Salary: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
