Job Summary:

Join our team as a Bar Attendant in Dubai, where you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service and crafting memorable drinks for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Beverage Preparation**: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and spirits, according to recipes and customer preferences.

2. **Customer Engagement**: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.

3. **Mixology**: Demonstrate proficiency in mixology techniques, such as shaking, stirring, muddling, and layering, to create high-quality and visually appealing drinks.

4. **Bar Setup and Maintenance**: Set up the bar area before service, including stocking supplies, garnishes, and glassware, and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift.

5. **Cash Handling**: Process drink orders accurately, handle cash, credit cards, and electronic payments, and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.

6. **Inventory Management**: Monitor beverage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and replenish supplies as needed to ensure availability and prevent shortages.

7. **Menu Knowledge**: Stay informed about the bar menu, including ingredients, pricing, and specials, and be able to communicate menu items and promotions to guests.

8. **Compliance**: Adhere to all alcohol service regulations, including age verification, responsible service practices, and adherence to legal drinking hours.

9. **Safety and Hygiene**: Maintain a clean and hygienic bar area, following food safety and sanitation standards, and handle and store beverages properly to prevent contamination.

10. **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with other bar staff, servers, and kitchen personnel to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.
