BIM Modelers / Team Leads / CAD Draughtsman
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Company
We are a growing BIM services company providing end-to-end Building Information Modeling (BIM) solutions.
We are looking for experienced and motivated BIM Modelers, BIM Team Leads, and CAD Draughtsman to join our team in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:
BIM Modelers
Develop accurate and detailed BIM models based on project requirements and design drawings.
Prepare and update 3D models using relevant BIM software.
Create detailed drawings, layouts, and documentation from BIM models.
Coordinate models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
Identify and resolve design and modeling discrepancies.
Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards and requirements.
Support project teams in meeting deadlines and deliverables.

CAD Draughtsman
Prepare detailed 2D drawings based on engineering designs, specifications, and project requirements.
Develop and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD or relevant CAD software.
Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project standards.
Coordinate with engineers and other project team members to incorporate design changes.
Maintain proper drawing documentation and revisions.
Assist in preparing shop drawings and other project-related documentation.

Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
2–6 years of relevant industry experience.
Good knowledge of relevant BIM/CAD software.
Experience in preparing engineering drawings and project documentation.
Good understanding of engineering drawings and design principles.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
