Description

Block Gemini Technologies FZ-LLC is seeking to hire a Blockchain Solutions Architect. Candidate will be responsible for

providing overall leadership, establishing and maintaining technical roadmaps and representing all

architecture in the Blockchain space. They are responsible for leading Business and Solution Architecture,

as well as engagement and providing architectural blueprints and technical leadership to our IT team.

Job Requirements:

• Responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting a distributed blockchain-based

network.

• Analyzing requirements, designing blockchain technology around a certain business model,

and the building and launching of a blockchain network

• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality

product platform

• Providing consultancy services in regards to the Blockchain space to clients and team

members

• Hands-on execution of projects

• Structuring, formulating and providing innovative – white papers and projects

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Training the team and keeping them well advanced in the Blockchain space

• Lead new business development / RFP work, including presentations to external clients

• Participate in leadership discussions regarding new technology introduction and/or enterprise

system planning activities

• Translate technology concepts into business terminology

• Commit time, focus and energy on the development, coaching and performance feedback for

each employee on the team identifying and selecting the right talent in support of our mission

Knowledge and Experience

 Degree in computer science or engineering

 Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development

and web technologies

 Experience working with large codebases

 Experience working with open-source projects

 Proficiency in one of the following languages: Node.js, Java, JavaScript, Golang, C++, Angular,

Python

 Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures

 Familiarity with P2P networks

 Strong knowledge of Blockchain concepts

 Strong knowledge in building cryto platforms

 Strong knowledge of concurrency and writing efficient and safe multithreaded code

 Adopting Blockchain for enterprise solutions

 Hands on experience working on Hyperledger 1.0 +, and Ethereum.

 Should be up to date with the current trends and changes in the Blockchain space

 Demonstrated expertise in Business and Solution Architecture

 Experience architecting scalable technology solutions that adjust to cyclical business patterns

 Prior people management responsibilities with senior level team members as direct reports

 Leadership style which fosters accountability, transparent communication and innovation

 Experience with Digital, Data & Analytics and Open Source technologies strongly preferred

 Prior RFP experiences (both writing them and delivering oral presentations to clients) would be of

high value
