Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our holiday homes portfolio in Dubai. This role is focused on securing high-value residential properties for short-term rentals, building strong relationships with property owners and investors, and identifying growth opportunities in the market. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate sales, property acquisitions, and business development, with a deep understanding of Dubai’s holiday home sector and regulatory landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
• Property Acquisition: Identify and secure new properties for sales and leasing, negotiating agreements with property owners and investors.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors to drive ongoing business opportunities.
• Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and execute growth initiatives.
• Sales & Negotiation: Deliver compelling sales pitches, close high-value deals, and ensure successful onboarding of new properties.
• Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and property performance to refine sales strategies.
• Performance & Compliance: Track key performance metrics, optimize deal structures, and ensure alignment with UAE real estate regulations.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, or acquisitions within Dubai’s real estate sector.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and communication abilities with a strategic, results-driven mindset.
• Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Dubai’s real estate trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
• Tech Proficiency: CRM software, MS Office, and real estate portals.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

The ideal candidate should have bachelor's degree qualification and atleast 5 years of experience.
