Description

We are looking for a driven and young charismatic business hunter who is good at concept selling and can help us in growing our investor network. You will be in direct contact with angel investors / HNIs/ CXOs and share them startup investments opportunities in MENA & India. People with past sales experience in wealth management, BFSI, real estate and events would be given preference. Focus for this role will be on driving platform registrations and investments for startups listed on our platform.

The ideal candidate is someone passionate about engaging with investors, has a proven track record of success with investors. The person will be expected to have and build their own database and will be responsible for making outbound client meetings, tracking and reporting weekly activity, following up on leads, maintaining a customer relations database and identifying additional opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Independently prospect new business opportunities, including building their own referral networks with potential and current clients;
- As required, attend conferences, meetings and industry events;
- Contact clients to inform them about new startups listed on the portal and explain about their value proposition
- Documents and updates in Sales CRM daily tracking email campaigns, contacts, leads, clients.
- Develop their own high quality, persuasive proposals, sales presentations, and other business development materials.
- Conducts market research and compiles competitive intelligence to help inform business development decisions.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in Business Development
- Proven track record of establishing new lines of business, consistently achieving targets and objectives
- Skillful presenter with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset – Gritty, Multitasking, flexibility and ability to perform different roles
- Like to work independently, but comfortable working with a team
- Understanding of startup ecosystem (preferable)
- Have experience managing opportunities and workflow using sales CRM (preferable)
