The ideal person should be experienced and well-organized Salesman. A Business Setup Consultant will become a single point of reference for our clients. The goal is to showcase our services, providing premium customer service and closing the deals successfully.

Job Description

Business Setup Advisor

- Be responsive to all client queries and ensure to provide the best and most reliable service.

- Provide complete business setup advice to clients who want to set up their business in the UAE (free zones, mainland, offshore)

Prepare and arrange all documents and applications required for business setup and visa transactions.

- Assists in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules

- Ensure awareness of periodic changes to government policies, laws, regulations, processes, requirements and their resulting impact on business needs

- Develop business structures to assist/guide the client & Maintain client relationship

- Basic knowledge in Ministry of Labor & Immigration rules & regulations

- Provide guidance and recommendations to clients regarding their business opportunities and help them understand the difference between mainland and free zone licenses.

- Coordinate with various government & free zone authorities and support clients throughout their business setup process.

- Negotiate and covert leads to sales following terms that are suited to the best interests of the company.

Requirments

- Previous experience in Business Setup (Mainland & Freezone)

- Higher education in the field of: management/ international relations

- 1-3 years of experience in company’s setup process (preferably) - Understanding of functioning of certain free zones / DED / foreign

- Exceptional ability to identify future business opportunities.

- Understanding of corporate structures and compliance - Dubai based -

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of different types of Government Approvals in order to ensure businesses run legally and seamlessly.

- Strong background in UAE company laws.

- Ability to commute/relocate to Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

- Driver’s License preffered

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 3k to 3k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
