Description

We are the leading immigration company looking for Case Filing cum Processing Officer for our branch in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Candidate must have minimum 1 year of processing experience or/and Immigration Consultant experience.
Expertise must be related to - Canada/ Australia/ New Zealand PR filing, Visit Visa, Study Visa.
Candidate must be able to join within one month.
Salary will be discussed during interview.

•  Ensure release of immigration package to the client as soon as the confirmation of retainer ship fee has been received.
•  Maintains good relationship with the client and handling all their queries .
•  Ensuring that the clients are adequately assisted in the collection of relevant documents, filling the case on time.
•  Updating the clients on time regarding the changes & associated communication received from the high commission.
•  Maintaining regular contacts with clients through newsletters, mailers etc.
•  Guiding the clients how to prepare their required documents for the case filing.
•  Submit reports regarding client feedback/complaints to Branch Manager.
