- Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a related field
- At least 6 years of experience as a CCR, with experience in operating large modern cement plants
- Excellent knowledge of cement production and plant processes
- Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of plant equipment, including Kiln, VRM, Ball Mills, HPGR, and Coal Mills
- Sound knowledge of process and production optimization, energy conservation, and cost reduction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
