Description
About Matsbond
- Prepare and review structural design calculations, drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and client requirements.
- Conduct structural analysis and produce technical reports and calculations.
- Participate in design reviews and value engineering workshops.
- Perform site inspections to verify work conforms to design and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers and contractors to resolve interface issues.
- Review material submittals and approve structural components.
- Support tender and procurement activities with technical input.
- Assist in assessing and managing structural risks and change requests.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in structural design and site supervision on medium/large projects.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar).
- Strong CAD skills (AutoCAD/Revit).
- Good understanding of codes (e.g., Eurocodes, ACI, BS) relevant to project geography.
- Excellent analytical, report writing and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary project teams.
- Professional registration or chartership is an advantage.

Job Specification
Nassreen Abdul (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Civil Structural Engineer in the field of Engineering in one of their office located in Abu Dhabi - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering; master’s preferred. qualification and atleast 6 years of experience. The position require safety, design, structural design, structural engineering, software mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 8k to 15k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
