What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing clients
• Guide clients through onboarding, ensuring smooth handovers and clear understanding of our services.
• Follow up regularly to check in on client satisfaction and engagement
• Maintain professional and timely communication through phone, email, and meetings

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, energetic, and approachable personality
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Professional appearance and tone
• Experience in hospitality, customer-facing admin, HR coordination, education, events, or client handling is a plus — but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
