Description

CNC Machine Setup: Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., routers, mills, lathes) to cut, shape, and finish wooden components according to technical specifications and blueprints.

Programming: Input and adjust CNC programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in cutting and shaping operations.

Material Handling: Load and unload wood materials onto CNC machines, ensuring correct alignment and proper material types are used.

Quality Control: Inspect finished wood pieces for accuracy, quality, and finish, ensuring they meet specifications and customer standards.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols when operating machinery, handling tools, and working in the workshop environment.

Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure that timelines and quality standards are met.
