Description

Location: Umm Al Quwain

• Operate and set up CNC machines to produce high-precision parts and components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications.
• Collaborate with design engineers to create and modify CAD designs for machining.
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the machining process.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to optimize production.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in manufacturing.
• Strong proficiency in CNC programming and operation.
• Solid understanding of CAD software for design (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Experience with CNC milling, turning, and machining processes.
• Knowledge of materials, tool geometry, and machining techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in CNC programming is a plus.
