**Job Description: Real Estate Sales Executive (Dubai)**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the real estate industry and a proven ability to drive sales and build lasting client relationships in this competitive market.

**Responsibilities:**

- Identify and develop new business opportunities by networking, prospecting, and attending industry events.

- Present, promote, and sell properties to prospective buyers and investors in line with their requirements.

- Conduct property viewings, site visits, and market tours to showcase available listings.

- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and meeting sales targets.

- Maintain a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including property trends, regulations, and pricing strategies.

- Prepare and deliver accurate market analyses, proposals, and sales reports.

- Build and maintain a database of clients and properties using CRM tools.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in real estate sales in Dubai or similar markets.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

- Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification (preferred).
