Join Our Team as a Construction Supervisor in Dubai!

• Oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
• Supervise and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensure that construction activities comply with plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Monitor the progress and productivity of construction teams
• Manage project schedules and timelines to meet deadlines
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project requirements are met
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to regulations
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets
• Communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders
• Ensure that construction sites are safe and secure at all times

1. Previous experience in construction supervision or management required
2. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills
4. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
5. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
7. UAE residency or a valid work permit required
