Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Development- Create compelling content for social media, blogs, website pages, email newsletters and marketing materials.
Social Media Management- Manage and grow media accounts by posting engaging content, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics.
Photography & Videography- Capture and edit high-quality images and videos of properties, neighborhood highlights and company events.
Brand Storytelling- Build and maintain a strong brand identity by crafting compelling narratives around the company's values, services and success stories.
Collaboration- work closely with real estate agents, marketing teams, and designers to align content with business goals.
Market Research- Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor content and audience preferences to refine content strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
  •  Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or digital manager in the real estate industry.
  •  Strong knowledge of real estate industry trends, home-buying processes, and property marketing strategies.
  •  Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Youtube)
  •  Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
  •  Familiarity with SEO best practices and blog writing.
  • Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator (preferred)
  •  Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.

· 1 year UAE experience in real estate marketing or working with real estate agents
· Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
