Key Responsibilities
- Lead market strategy, business development, and retail operations
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and customer segments
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
- Oversee supply chain, logistics, and inventory across retail stores
- Ensure regulatory compliance, staff development, and operational efficiency
- Analyze sales and performance data to drive strategic improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 5–10 years in retail/FMCG, including experience in ladies' fashion bags and footwear
- Proven leadership in business development, retail management, and distribution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Arabic speaking is a plus
