Description
We are looking for a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, data analytics, and market trends in the UAE region.
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Create and manage content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms to engage target audiences.
- Optimize website and landing pages for user experience and search engine rankings.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the company’s digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights.
- Research market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage budgets for paid campaigns and ensure optimal ROI.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members to produce high-quality marketing assets.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and insights for senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
- Experience in the UAE market, with knowledge of regional digital trends.
- Familiarity with Arabic language or culture is advantageous.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
