Description

Requirements:

• Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Good communication skills.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Ensure safety of the vehicle and passengers.
• Have basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
• Develop a strong knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
• Strictly follow the schedule and other appointments.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with staff and HR.
• Perform special functions as directed by the management.
• Pick up and drop off employees as per the schedule
• Drive staff to visa medical appointments, occupational health card appointments and Emirates ID card biometrics appointments etc.
• Provide transport for hospital emergencies.
• Assist with transportation for other external events and activities as needed.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance to keep the vehicle in good working condition.
• Ensure all vehicle documents, including registration and insurance, are up to date.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the vehicle interior and exterior.
• To be present at the Concierge/Reception desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested.
• Provides guests with information about attractions, facilities, services, and activities in or outside the property.
