Job description

NCN Lifts, UAE has partnered with GMV INDIA (100% Subsidiary of GMV SpA, Italy). GMV, an European MNC is the world no 1 in Hydraulic Elevator Technology with more than 810000 lifts working worldwide with its technology. GMV has a presence in 23 locations in the world. We are currently hiring a Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have good networking contacts with Consultants and must be a skilled negotiator, able to finalize elevator contracts for villas and low rise projects limited to 6 floors. The target is 4 elevators per month, after which an incentive of 1.5% incentive is entitled, payment of which shall be as per company policy.

Responsibilities

Identify and shortlist prospective villa customers that require elevators

Obtain the specifications from the customer and submit the most suitable offer

Follow up with customer till contract is signed and technical commercial matters are completed in order to place the order with the factory

Diligently follow up on collecting payments defined in the contract

Qualifications

Ability to meet with customers, understand Civil and Electrical drawings and specifications

Competence in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and capability to make presentations

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Salary

Basic Salary shall AED 2500/-

Accommodation Allowance AED 2500/-

Petrol at actuals limited to AED 800/-

Phone. allowance AED 200

Incentive 1.5% of the contract value on collecting payments. Average contract value AED 90,000/-

This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 5k to 6k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
