Description

Highly qualified Estimation Manager of MEP company with a minimum of 6 years of experience in UAE. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for providing accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects. They will also contribute to the development of proposals and budgets and work closely with project managers to ensure successful outcomes.

• B.E Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory. Master's degree is a plus.
• At least 6 years of work experience in the relevant field in UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi preferably). Please DO NOT APPLY if you do not have work experience in UAE.
• Good knowledge of all divisions of HVAC, ELV, & other Systems, configurations, Supplier base for rates, costs & pricing.
• Commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Extensive knowledge of cost estimation methods and tools.
• Ability to read and understand design drawings and specifications.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of project management, design and estimation, contract management.
