Description

Responsibilities:

- Estimate Bills of quantities for the projects

- Research, Source, negotiate best prices from subcontractors

- Prepare cost comparison

- Prepare budget for projects (Time, money and labor)

- Determine project/client requirements

- Assess levels of risk on the project

- Analyze & Monitor work progress/production in comparison to budget and highlight to management for any deviations.

Job Specification

Human Resource (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Estimation Engineer/Quantity Surveyor in the field of Engineering in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have diploma or be qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require planswift, autocad, quantity surveying, estimation mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
