Description
Supervising staff and daily checking on individual and group sales and targets
Managers Report and Daily sales report directly sent to Director
Making sure gym had enough supplies by coordinating with the head office
Daily walk around and machine maintenance checking
enhancing profitability by organizing and delivering an appropriate range of fitness activities and programs.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Maintaining customer service standards
Undertaking administrative tasks – being in touch with suppliers related to BFG – Maintenance contact, Laundry Contact, Water Contact
Converse with Clients to check if they are satisfied with their trainers
Promoting and marketing the business
Dealing with inquiries, complaints and emergencies
Maintaining High membership levels
Good Knowledge of the BFG Software system in terms of memberships, sales etc
Handling Staff Roaster
Delegating tasks to team members for job to be done.

Body Fitess Gym is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Filipino Gym Manager Female in the field of Business Development in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bachelors qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require staff, checking, group, sales, office, machine, maintenance, profitability, organizing, fitness, activities, compliance, health, safety, customer, service, standards, laundry, water, check, marketing, business, dealing, complaints, membership, software, system, handling, team mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 2k to 3k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
