Description
Responsibilities:
- Register guests and assigns rooms.
- Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper, policies and procedures.
- Understands room status, tracking, locations, available rooms types, and rates.
- Uses suggestive selling techniques.
- Preparing room keys, files registration, room charges and guest out .
- Front office equipment knowledge. Proper telephone etiquette.
- Awareness of daily activities and meetings.
- Coordinates maintenance work with the engineering and maintenance department.
- Reports any unusual occurrences.
- Clean and neat. Knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.
- Other related duties / special projects that may be assigned.
Job Specification
Iberotel Miramar Al Aqah Beach is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Guess Service Agent -Russian Speaker in the field of Customer Service in one of their office located in Fujairah - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have any graduation degree qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require excellent interpersonal & communications skills, excellent customer service skills, well versed with opera, micros, reporting skills, experience in gcc is an advantage mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
