Description

1. Leave Management

  • Maintain and monitor employee leave records.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of leave balances.
2. Passport Release Coordination
  • Handle employee passport release requests.
  • Maintain proper documentation and tracking of passport movements.
3. Insurance Claim Settlement
  • Coordinate with insurance providers for claim processing.
  • Follow up on claim status and ensure timely settlements.
4. Disciplinary Actions
  • Assist in handling employee disciplinary cases.
  • Maintain records and documentation related to disciplinary procedures.
5. Employee Loan Processing
  • Prepare and process employee loan requests.
  • Track repayments and maintain accurate loan records.
6. Letters & Certificates Preparation
  • Prepare employment letters, certificates, and other HR documents.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely issuance.
7. Visa & Residency Management
  • Update and track new residency and renewal dates.
  • Maintain accurate visa records for all employees.
  • Prepare and maintain the Emirates ID typing expense sheet.
  • Ensure proper documentation and cost tracking.
8. New Joiner Tracking
  • Maintain and update the new joiner tracker.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding coordination.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in an HR coordination or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor practices is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication in Hindi and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
