Description
1. Leave Management
- Maintain and monitor employee leave records.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of leave balances.
- Handle employee passport release requests.
- Maintain proper documentation and tracking of passport movements.
- Coordinate with insurance providers for claim processing.
- Follow up on claim status and ensure timely settlements.
- Assist in handling employee disciplinary cases.
- Maintain records and documentation related to disciplinary procedures.
- Prepare and process employee loan requests.
- Track repayments and maintain accurate loan records.
- Prepare employment letters, certificates, and other HR documents.
- Ensure accuracy and timely issuance.
- Update and track new residency and renewal dates.
- Maintain accurate visa records for all employees.
- Prepare and maintain the Emirates ID typing expense sheet.
- Ensure proper documentation and cost tracking.
- Maintain and update the new joiner tracker.
- Ensure smooth onboarding coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR coordination or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor practices is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication in Hindi and English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
