Description
Job Title: HR Manager – Real Estate
- Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the real estate industry.
- Partner with department heads to address staffing needs and workforce planning.
- Handle employee engagement, retention strategies, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Support talent development and coordinate training programs.
- Maintain HR records and generate regular reports on HR metrics.
- Liaise with PROs and government agencies for visa processing and labor compliance.
- 1 to 3 years of HR management experience specifically in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications are a plus).
