Description

 Create, establish, maintain all requirements and procedures of ISO certificates according to our industry.

 Administers job safety program; audits and inspects job site to detect and correct safety hazards.

 Monitors the safety performance of all manufacture\ production operations.

 Performs accidents record analysis, and issues reports on a regularly scheduled basis.

 Promote HSE training and awareness initiatives at all levels.

 Conducts new hires safety orientation, daily safety huddles and weekly toolbox training.

 Conducts risk assessments for upcoming work and provides technical assistance to the safety planning process.

 Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

 Collaborate in developing and managing the Division HSE Management System in accordance with applicable policies, standards and legislation, organizational assets and existing operating procedures.

 Represents management during safety inspections of the job site by regulatory authorities or company insurance carriers.

 Ensure maintenance of certification requirements in line with ISO certificates and others.

 Meet and full all the HSE Objectives & KPI’s / targets for Corporate & project wise respectively.

 Maintain and update the register of regulations as and when need arises or line with the changes in legal requirement.

 Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
