Description

Job Title: HVAC Senior Technician

• A reputed company in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Senior Technician specializing in reciprocating and screw chiller repair and service work. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in reciprocating and screw compressor overhauling, with a strong emphasis on chiller and package unit control wiring.

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on reciprocating and screw chillers.
• Conduct routine service and inspections to ensure optimal performance of chillers.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of chiller control wiring and troubleshooting.
• Package Unit Repair and Service:
• Handle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC package units.
• Ensure efficient operation and conduct regular inspections.

• Conduct thorough inspections of reciprocating and screw compressors.
• Overhaul processes may include disassembly, reassembly, and precision alignment.
• Expertise in identifying and replacing components during inspection

• Apply advanced knowledge in HVAC systems, particularly in chiller and package unit operations and control systems.
• Utilize technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics to perform tasks effectively.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service and timely task completion.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, with proper handling and storage of tools and equipment.

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in HVAC service and repair work, focusing on reciprocating and screw chillers.
• Specific expertise in chiller and package unit control wiring.

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately.
• Mechanical aptitude with attention to detail.
• Valid UAE is mandatory, with a clean driving record.
