HVAC Technician – Job Description

Position: HVAC Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, FCUs, split ACs, package units, and related equipment.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigerant, and drainage problems.
Carry out AC servicing, coil cleaning, filter cleaning, drain line cleaning, and gas pressure checks.
Repair and replace motors, capacitors, thermostats, PCBs, valves, pumps, and other HVAC components.
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdown/emergency calls.
Check refrigerant leaks and carry out refrigerant charging when required.
Inspect chilled-water piping, insulation, condensate drainage, and ductwork.
Prepare service reports and record materials used and work completed.
Follow site safety requirements and company procedures.
Coordinate with supervisors, clients, and other technicians to complete works on schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
2–5 years of HVAC experience, preferably in the UAE.
Knowledge of FCU, split AC, chilled-water systems, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
Ability to read basic HVAC drawings and understand equipment specifications.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
UAE driving license is an advantage.

The ideal candidate should have experienced qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require hvac technician, hvac, repair, mechanical, drainage, servicing, cleaning, line, pressure, motors, capacitors, valves, pumps, preventive maintenance, charging, piping, insulation, service, materials, site, safety, requirements, company, basic, troubleshooting, hva mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
