Description

1. Luxury Transportation Services

Provide high-end, VIP transportation for executives, tourists, and special clients.

Ensure a smooth, comfortable, and premium travel experience in luxury vehicles such as Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, Cadillac, or Rolls-Royce.

Offer meet-and-greet services at airports, hotels, and business locations.

Drive passengers to business meetings, events, hotels, shopping malls, and tourist attractions.

2. Customer Service & Professionalism

Greet passengers with a polite and professional attitude.

Open and close vehicle doors for passengers as part of luxury hospitality service.

Assist passengers with luggage, shopping bags, or any personal belongings.

Provide accurate information about Dubai’s landmarks, hotels, and attractions upon request.

Ensure complete discretion and confidentiality, especially for high-profile or celebrity clients.

3. Safe & Efficient Driving

Follow UAE traffic laws, speed limits, and road safety regulations at all times.

Choose the best routes using GPS navigation or personal knowledge to avoid traffic congestion.

Drive in a smooth and controlled manner to ensure maximum passenger comfort.

Always obey road signs, signals, and speed cameras to maintain a clean driving record.

Follow emergency protocols in case of an accident or vehicle breakdown.

4. Vehicle Maintenance & Cleanliness

Keep the limousine spotlessly clean, both inside and out, before and after each trip.

Regularly inspect and maintain essential vehicle components such as tires, brakes, oil levels, and air conditioning.

Ensure the vehicle is fully fueled and ready before scheduled trips.

Report any mechanical issues, damages, or servicing needs to the company immediately.
