Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Establish a strong relationship with senior leaders across the organization as part of the Middle East management team
  
• • Partner with sales leadership and the sales team to ensure strong collaboration and feedback between sales and marketing colleagues to deepen customer relationships and retention
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with regional media partners; lead and manager press releases
  • Oversee and contribute to content development (blogs, newsletters, social media posts, etc.)
  • Establish and manage the annual marketing strategy, calendar and budget
  • Lead a team that creates a stellar customer experience across digital mediums to drive leads, revenue and superior brand positioning
  • Develop and implement dashboards and tools to effectively manage the marketing funnel and report on campaign effectiveness
  • Ensure website design and optimization to improve lead generation and conversion performance
  • Deliver regular reporting from Zoho and other marketing analytics to support decision making and marketing performance; be our Zoho marketing expert
  • Lead development of campaigns and relevant promotions and lead generation
  • Oversee social media and broader marketing campaigns to grow online presence, visibility and conversations
  • Research, segment and understand our audience and what they respond to and improve engagement throughout the customer journey, from demand generation to retention to renewal
  • Ensure that all leads are captured, nurtured and routed through an efficient process that maximizes marketing ROI
  • Lead a consistent approach to GPTW’s brand messaging and overall market positioning in the Middle East
  
  
  Skills Required:
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • 5 years relevant B2B marketing experience
  • Previous experience in managing a team; project management skills
  • Advanced skills in managing marketing dashboards, CRM and related analytical tools
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
