Description
Responsibility:
- Prepare and review mechanical designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals
- Perform cooling load calculations and equipment selection.
- Develop HVAC layouts, ducting systems, chilled water piping systems, and ventilation designs.
- Design plumbing and drainage systems (water supply, sewer, stormwater).
- Coordinate with electrical, civil, structural, and architectural teams to ensure system integration
- Supervise installation of HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF systems) Ductwork and chilled water piping Plumbing systems (domestic water, drainage, stormwater) Firefighting systems (sprinklers, fire pumps, hose reels)
- LPG systems (if applicable)

Sierra Turnkey (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Mechanical Engineer (Villa and Building Projects) in the field of Engineering in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. professional engineer license (preferred where applicable). minimum 3–7 years of experience in building qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require review, mechanical, shop, technical, load, equipment, selection, hvac, ducting, water, piping, ventilation, design, plumbing, drainage, water supply, civil, structural, system integration, installation, chillers, ahus, domestic, fire, pumps, hose mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 6k to 10k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
