Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Mobile accessories
• Understanding customers’ needs and requirements regarding mobile phone features
• Presenting and explaining different mobile phone models to customers
• Comparing different models and brands to suit customer’s requirements
• Up-selling and cross-selling mobile phone accessories and service plans
• Processing customer payments and arranging financing options if necessary
• Managing and updating inventory records
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest mobile phones and trends in the market
• Handling after-sales service issues, including complaints and queries
• Assisting in visual merchandising and product display
Job Specification
Mohammed Saadat (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Mobile accessories in the field of Sales in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have high school qualification and atleast 1 year of experience. The position require mobile, accessories, customer, upselling, mobile phones, market, handling, aftersales, complaints, visual merchandising, product mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
