Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile and Computer Technician to join our team. If you are passionate about technology and have hands-on experience with both mobile and computer hardware and software, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for mobile phones and computers.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on devices.
• Install, configure, and update software systems and applications.
• Provide technical support to customers and assist in resolving technical problems.
• Ensure all repairs and maintenance are done efficiently and to the highest quality.
• Keep track of inventory and parts for repairs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with mobile and computer hardware and software troubleshooting and repair.
• Strong technical knowledge in mobile phone and computer repairs (smartphones, laptops, desktops, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with common mobile and computer operating systems (Android, iOS, Windows, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Must be based in the UAE.
