Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to assess, plan, and implement therapy programs for individuals with physical, developmental, sensory, or emotional challenges. The OT will work closely with children and adults to enhance their functional independence and quality of life.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Implement therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
- Work with children with developmental delays, ASD, ADHD, CP, and sensory processing disorders
- Provide parent/caregiver training and home programs
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Speech Therapists, ABA Therapists, Psychologists, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinic policies

The ideal candidate should have bachelors degree qualification and atleast 3 years of experience. The position require clinical experience, sensory integration therapy, fine & gross motor skill development, ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of assessment tools and therapy techniqu mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
