Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee office operations, provide administrative support to project managers and field staff, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.


Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
• Manage the office’s daily operations, including correspondence, filing, and supply inventory.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, contracts, and reports.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and inspections.
• Act as a liaison between field staff, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor and update job progress records, such as schedules and cost reports.
Construction Project Coordination:
• Process and track purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
• Manage permits, insurance, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain communication logs for subcontractors and clients.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records for all active and completed projects.
HR and Office Management:
• Support recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and onboarding new employees.
• Oversee timekeeping and attendance records for field and office employees.
• Handle inquiries and requests from employees and stakeholders.
